Over the past 12 months, we've completely rebuilt the Jadlam website from the ground up to offer you a faster, smarter, and much more enjoyable shopping experience.
When our previous site launched in 2016, we had around 8,000 products. Today, we sell nearly 100,000 items across an ever-growing range of model kits, radio control, trains, slot, paint, tools, and accessories. Our old system simply couldn't keep up — and neither could you.
This new site is purpose-built for scale, with better navigation, more useful filters, and modern technology that can learn and evolve as you shop.

Due to data protection laws and encryption standards, we're unable to transfer your old account or order history to the new site.

Search suggestions and top results will improve as people use the search bar more.

Bestseller rankings are based on recent sales — these will become accurate as new orders flow in.
Recommendations
Personalised recommendations (like "You May Also Like") need browsing and buying data to deliver useful results.

A smarter, more intuitive way to browse, filter, and buy model paints across brands. Search by colour family, type (acrylic/enamel), brand, or usage — it's like having a virtual paint rack at your fingertips.

We've restructured our entire product catalogue to make items easier to find. You'll notice more specific subcategories, improved product tagging, and better alignment between categories and filters.
🧼 Smarter Filtering
Filters now run horizontally across the top of category pages rather than in a cluttered sidebar. It's cleaner, faster, and easier to understand — especially on mobile.
🚗 Improved RC Bundles
We've completely overhauled our RC Car bundles. Now, you'll see clearer upgrade paths, better battery & charger options, and easy-to-understand compatibility labels.
🛒 Faster, Cleaner Checkout
Our new checkout process is quicker and simpler — fully mobile-optimised and distraction-free.
🧾 Order History & Tracking
Your new account dashboard includes better order tracking and clearer access to past purchases (from your new account onwards).
