Payment & Order
To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping information and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number and tracking information.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system. Your payment information is never stored on our servers for your security.
Your account allows you to track orders, view order history, manage shipping addresses, update payment methods, and save items to your wishlist. You can access your account by clicking 'Sign In' at the top of any page. If you've forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset it.
Delivery & Returns
We offer standard delivery (3-5 business days) and express delivery (1-2 business days). Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. We deliver Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, first check your tracking information. If the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or building management. Contact our customer service team with your order number, and we'll investigate immediately.
We're sorry your order arrived damaged. Please take photos of the damaged items and packaging, then contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Keep the damaged items until we provide return instructions.
If you received the wrong item, we apologize for the error. Contact our customer service immediately with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We'll send you the correct item right away and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.
If you realize you've ordered the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it. If it has already shipped, you can return the item using our standard return process once you receive it.
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, log into your account and select 'Return Items' or contact customer service. We'll provide a prepaid return label, and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
