Please contact us if your item has not arrived - we are not able to claim for the missing item until 15 working days since dispatch, as the Royal Mail do not classify the item as "lost" until then. We will not send a replacement/refund to you for the missing item until you have replied to the Royal Mail's P91 letter in which you tick the box and sign to state you have not received the item. When we are notified by the Royal Mail that the claim has been successful, we will then replace the item straight away.
